This is a 25 pack of 42 Triangle needles being sold at a discount because the needles have bumpy paint with some flaking of the paint as well. This issue is cosmetic and does not affect the way they felt.
We had a number of batches of needles with paint issues this winter, trying to spray paint them in less-than-ideal weather conditions. Otherwise these needles are first quality but are being offered here at a discount because of their paint issue.
