Felted Sky is a needle felting kit and supply company based in Livonia, MI. We’re a fast-growing online retailer that delivers high-quality felting supplies to retail stores, artists, and makers across the country. We're looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Production Manager to help us scale our operations and keep our fulfillment running smoothly. This is a full-time, salaried, and mostly on-site position.

Responsibilities will include:

- Production: Direct and prep work for a team of 13, ensuring accuracy and that the work being done is in keeping with our high standards for presentation. You will oversee packaging and quality control, and work closely with purchasing, design, and customer service.

- Planning: Make production schedules based on current needs and future projections. Ensure we have the capacity to keep to this schedule, that materials are sourced on time, and inventory is optimized for our growing demand. Adapt as needed as our sales volume increases or decreases for individual products.
