Shipping
Unless otherwise stated on our site when ordering, your package will ship within 1 - 3 business days from the time you order. The shipment method and duration depends on several factors, but know that we are committed to providing the most appropriate packaging for your order as well as the most expedient delivery method given the costs involved.
Wholesale orders may take up to 2 weeks to ship, depending on current order volumes.
Subscription Program: Supply Box subscriptions are shipped out beginning on the 8th of each month, and can take 1-2 extra days to be sent, depending on volume. Supply boxes will be prioritized over regular orders to help ensure our subscription members receive their project supplies on time. Any Supply Box subscriptions purchased after the 8th of the month and prior to the 7th of the following month will be held until the 8th of the following month. For example: If you purchase a Supply Box subscription on February 9th, your first supply box will ship on starting March 8th. If you purchase a Supply Box subscription membership after the 8th of the month, and would like to receive that month's project, please use our contact form to notify us.
Returns
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Subscription Program: Both Digital and Supply Box subscriptions are non-refundable. If you are not sure if you will enjoy the program, please choose a month-to-month option until you know if you want to invest in a 3, 6, or 12 month plan. Supply boxes purchased individually are eligible for a refund if still in new, unused condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once processed a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
