This is a 25 pack of 38 Star needles. This pack is on sale because the paint dried slightly bumpy with a chalky and gritty feeling, rather than smooth. This does not affect their function or the way that they felt; only the feel as you are holding them.
We had a number of batches of needles with paint issues this winter, trying to spray paint them in less-than-ideal weather conditions. Otherwise these needles are first quality but are being offered here at a discount because of their paint issue.
