This is a 1 lb. prefelt scrap bag of small pieces and thin strips. These scraps are all 100% wool and great for needle felting or stuffing or anything else you can think of using them for. They could also be used in the "core" of larger felting projects where other wool will get wrapped around them. They are leftover from cutting up the prefelt that we sell.
There are different types of wool represented as well as many different colors. Most is our Felter's prefelt and Felter's Canvas. You will receive a random mix of colors and types in each bag.
Prefelt stands for preliminary felt, meaning it hasn't been all the way felted yet (unlike traditional craft felt). That means you can attach wool fibers to it it very easily.
