FAQs
- Supply boxes contain the wool, needles, backing materials and hoop (if applicable), a pattern template if needed, and a picture of the finished project.
- Supply boxes do NOT contain an instruction sheet (projects are taught with a pre-recorded video tutorial), mat, or items needed that are widely available such as scissors, glue, pens, etc.
- Subscriptions can only be skipped for up to three consecutive months
- We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or partial refunds on prepaid subscriptions. If you are not sure how much you will like this membership, please try it out by paying monthly before you make a bigger prepaid commitment!
- Discount codes (including welcome, referral and review discounts), and sales happening on feltedsky.com cannot be applied to subscription plans. Wholesale, artist and nonprofit discounts also do not apply to subscription plans.
