Capybara Needle Felting Kit

How amazing is this lifelike capybara!? This is an intermediate to advanced project for felters who want to learn how to make realistic looking animals with wire armature. 

This kit is designed and taught by artist Megan Nedds of The Woolen Wagon.

Felting time: about 15-18 hrs. depending on individual felting speed.

Finished size: Approximately 6.25 in. long and 4 in. high

You will need these extra supplies to complete the project:

Mat to use as a work surface. Choose from foam or wool. 
Ruler and/or Tape Measurer
Needle Nosed Pliers with Wire Cutter
Craft Glue
Super Glue
Toothbrush
Wire smoothing brush
Permanent Marker
Scissors
Towel

This kit is intended for adults and kids over 12 yrs. who possess good manual dexterity, hand-eye coordination, and ability to work with focus and care. (Caution - felting needles are sharp!)
