Powdered Sugar is a bleached white. Last picture shows it in use.
This needle felting wool batting is fairly soft, with a short staple length and hardly any vegetable matter. It is very uniform and really lovely to work with.
This fiber comes to us from DHG in Italy, as we have not been able to source a bleached true white in the US. It has been carded in the same way as the rest of our Felter's Palette wool and behaves very similarly.
